After determining the house’s value, you should get ready to show the house by renovating, doing minor repairs, painting and staging the house. After looking for ways on how to sell my house, I found a buyer but I had to divide the money with my husband. After paying off all the parties involved in selling the house, my divorce lawyer advised me on how to split the money with my former husband.
